Before you book.
Is the fee credited if you build my sauna?
Yes. If TimberHaus designs and builds your sauna within months of the call, the full fee comes off your build.
Do I need plans?
No. Plans help, but a sketch with measurements and a few photos of the space is enough. We'll ask you to send them before the call.
Can my builder or architect join?
Yes, and it's often the best use of the hour. Invite anyone involved in the project.
Will you supply the materials?
We can. Our sauna materials service supplies cedar, alder, heaters, doors and controls specified for your room.
Can you visit the site instead?
For projects we're quoting to build, yes. For a site visit only, call us and we'll quote travel.
Why "from" $499?
$499 + GST covers one call, material selection, a 2D drawing and one revision for a single sauna. Commercial or multi-room projects may need more preparation, and we'll confirm any extra cost before it applies.
Can I get 3D renders?
Yes. Tick the box when you book and we'll quote renders of your sauna after the call, based on the layout and finishes we agree on. Renders are built from your agreed 2D drawing.
